Terms of the affiliate program
A partner is a publisher (an individual who has reached the age of 18 or a legal entity) who accepts the terms of this document and works to promote the product of the ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program on the Internet;
The Affiliate Program is a technical marketing platform that provides advertising materials to publishers to promote the product of the ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program on the Internet;
Product is a project advertised through advertising materials (betting, casino, trading) on the Internet;
Advertising materials are tools used by Partners to promote the product of the Affiliate Program on the Internet.
Traffic is a set of players who came as a result of the partner's placement of advertising materials on the Internet.
Offers mean the terms and conditions (including restrictions and rewards depending on the tariff and payment model), which together determine the information posted by the Partner(s) in order to promote the product of the Affiliate Program on the Internet.
Payment models are payment for a certain result of placement of advertising materials by a Partner on the Internet.
CPA (cost per action) — the result means making the first deposit by the attracted player.
RevenueShare is a percentage of Gross Gaming Revenue. Gross Gaming Revenue consists of the difference between the players' bets and their winnings and bonuses, minus the administrative fee (10%) and the commission fee from payments (10%) of the attracted player.
Hybrid consists of two paid results. First event (result) this is the first deposit made by the player. Second event (result) percentage of Gross Gaming Revenue, the amount of which pays off the amount of the 1st event for a cohort of players (minimum period of 3 months). Gross Gaming Revenue consists of the difference between the players' bets and their winnings and bonuses, minus the administrative fee (10%) and the commission fee from payments (10%) of the attracted player.
Players are persons who came to the product's website through the advertising material used by the Partner and registered a personal account.
Hold is the time during which a player must obtain the status of an "Active Player", and the affiliate program undertakes to check this status and either confirm it or reject it. In addition to checking the status, during the Hold the player is checked for violations of the rules of the Product in which the player has registered and the rules of the Affiliate Program.
An active player is a player who regularly returns to the Product, makes deposits (bets) and plays for real money.
The reporting period is a period during which the funds earned by the Partner are accumulated and calculated for the purpose of subsequent withdrawal of the latter to external payment systems.
1. Rules for working with the ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program
1.1. When starting to work with the ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program, each Partner is obliged to read and accept this User Agreement.
1.2. By participating in the Affiliate Program, the Partner agrees that this User Agreement may be amended without prior notification of the Partner.
1.3. The Partner, by accepting the terms of the User Agreement, thereby confirms that he is 18 or older.
1.4. The Partner is fully responsible for the safety of personal confidential data for logging into the ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program system (login and password). The Affiliate Program is not responsible for the loss of personal confidential data by the Partner.
1.5. The ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program reserves the right to refuse cooperation to a particular Partner without explanation.
1.6. The ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program reserves the right to make changes to the User Agreement of the Affiliate Program. All documents published on the Affiliate program's website are considered valid at the moment. The chronology of changes in the rules of the Affiliate Program is not maintained.
1.7. The ValorBet Partners affiliate program reserves the right not to pay the amount of the Partner's earnings under the CPA model if the Partner has attracted players who do not meet the minimum quality requirements (for example, multi accounts – multiple accounts with one player; more than 5 percent of users have requested a refund of the deposited funds (charge-back). In addition, if we detect unusual behaviour of players (a high percentage of players who do not return to the Valor.bet website; or less than 50 percent of repeated deposits on one stream), the Partner's profit can be calculated using the Revenue Share model.
The ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program reserves the right to change the Partner's financial balance if the player attracted by the Partner's link was suspected of fraudulent actions in relation to the Valor.bet product.
1.8. Members of the Affiliate Program are prohibited from having accounts in Products registered as a result of their placement of advertising materials. In case of detection of such cases, both the Partner's account and the player's account in the Product are blocked with a full withdrawal of funds from the accounts. This rule applies equally to people who are personally acquainted with the partner.
1.9. The participants of the Affiliate Program are prohibited from using the so-called cookie stuffing, namely cookie stuffing for the ValorBet brand.
1.10. The ValorBet Partners affiliate program reserves the right to block the affiliate account in case of detection of motivated traffic aimed at avoiding the rules of the ValorBet product.
1.11. The affiliate program provides unique promotional materials, including links. Each Partner independently checks the operability of their links and the correctness of displaying additional parameters in their personal account. The ValorBet.partners platform will not be able to track the players specified by the Partner if their links are not active.
1.12. The Postclick period saves cookies for the last 30 days. After this period, your parameters will be deleted.
1.13. According to the provisions of this affiliate program, it is prohibited to register as a Referral if you already have a valid affiliate account. Or, if you are a Referral of an affiliate account belonging to an individual or legal entity that you maintain or have access to. Members of the Affiliate Program are prohibited from having two or more partner accounts in the ValorBet Partners affiliate program. If there is a need to operate two or more accounts in the partner program, the partner undertakes to inform the support service and provide objective justifications for such a need.
1.14. The ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program reserves the right to request from the Partner the traffic sources on which the Partner advertises the Product. If the Partner refuses to provide these sources, the partner program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the Partner.
1.15. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to block payments to the Partner if the administration of the Affiliate Program has reason to believe that the Partner has violated the rules for working with the Affiliate Program. Payments can be blocked for any period until the circumstances are clarified. If violations of the terms of cooperation are detected based on the results of the verification, the Partner Program reserves the right to block the partner's account without prior notice.
1.16. In case of systematic use of obscene language or insults of support staff in appeals, the affiliate program reserves the right to indefinitely refuse further online support to the partner or terminate cooperation with subsequent account blocking and resetting the partner balance.
1.17. Correspondence and personal communication with the administration, the affiliate manager or the support service of the affiliate program is considered closed information. The participants of the partner program are prohibited from providing and bringing to the public, public display, providing third parties with the opportunity to view/listen to classified information (or fragments thereof). In case of violation of this rule, the affiliate program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the subsequent blocking of the account and resetting the partner balance.
1.18. It is prohibited to register a Partner's account for personal purposes using a referral link. In case of detection of fraudulent activities, the accounts of such Partners will be banned.
1.19. It is prohibited to use images/photos of politicians and political topics in advertising materials, if such advertising materials are found, the Partner's account will be banned.
1.20. It is not recommended to use domains in the zone .ru and .rf for the following sources: SEO sites, reviewers, own landing pages and pre-landing due to possible division.
1.21. It is prohibited to use someone else's content (texts, layout, design) to fill websites with requests related to the ValorBet brand used for SEO promotion. It is forbidden to use copies of publishers’ sites that have reached the top using bugs and vulnerabilities of the search network. In case of detection of such actions, the account of such a Partner will be disconnected from the Affiliate Program after an investigation by the Affiliate Program
1.22. Brand traffic from contextual advertising and single/small-page sites created exclusively for groups of search queries Valor bet/ValorBet, etc. is accepted only according to the CPA model. It is allowed to receive branded traffic from review sites using Revenue Share and Hybrid models, depending on Geo of the players.
1.23. Before starting work, as well as at the request of the Affiliate Program, the Partner undertakes to provide detailed information about the planned placement of advertising materials and materials planned for use in such placement for the purpose of advertising the Product. Including links to the placement websites, graphic content, banners, teasers, texts, videos and other information that is relevant to the advertising of the Product carried out by the Partner. If the placement is carried out on advertising media of third parties, the Partner undertakes to provide objective data confirming such placement, including but not limited to: screenshots of the statistics of third-party advertising accounts, screenshots of the preview of advertising materials, technical data on placement, and so on. If the Partner refuses to provide such objective data, the affiliate program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the Partner without payment of remuneration.
For violation of the current rules and conditions of cooperation, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to close the Partner's personal account in the ValorBet Partners system without further payment of funds and explanation of the reasons for blocking.
2. Commission structure of the affiliate program
2.1. The Partner's earnings are formed at the expense of the share of the net income of the product from the players attracted by this Partner. The percentage of the Partner's income depends on the offer, the personal tariff and the Product:
- 40% of the players' commission from the Casino project;
- 40% of the players' commission from the Casino project;
The Referral partner program ValorBet Partners is also provided. The remuneration of Partners (Refbringer) is from 3% of all profits received from new Partners (Referrals) attracted by the referral link of the Refbringer.
3. Procedure and terms of calculations with Partners
3.1. The balance sheet and reports of the Affiliate Program work in a single settlement currency – the US dollar.
3.2. The reporting period established by the ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program is equal to half of a calendar month (usually 15 days): from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and from the 15th to the 30th (31st) day of the month inclusive.
3.3. Payments are made in the first 3 days after the closing of the reporting period, if there is a positive balance on the partner's account.
3.4. The change of payment details is carried out at least 5 working days before the end of the current reporting period, and it is required to notify the personal manager.
3.5. In order to make a payment, it is necessary to fill in the payment data correctly in the Finance section of the Partner Program's personal account.
3.6. The delay period for accrual of payments (Hold) is determined by the administration of the Partner Program at its discretion.
3.7. At this stage, the ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program does not provide early payments of partner remuneration. The minimum possible payout from the partner account is $15.
3.8. The negative balance is NOT transferred to the next month if the ValorBet Partners Partner requests the opportunity to suspend the accrual of commission for users with negative income, in case of a positive decision by the Administration of the Partner Program.
3.9. If the money has been on the Partner's balance for more than 6 months and has not been withdrawn, then payments on the account are blocked, and the funds are debited. After another 6 months, such an account is removed from the Affiliate Program. If the Partner's account has been blocked, then after 30 days from the moment of blocking, the balance in the account is reset to zero without the possibility of recovery.
3.10. The ValorBet Partners affiliate program reserves the right to transfer to the RevenueShare tariff streams of players for the reporting period attracted by the affiliate link, if at the end of the month the number of active players becomes less than 10%, even if the traffic passes KPI.
3.11. The ValorBet Partners affiliate program does not make payments if the publisher has not attracted at least 10 players within 6 months since the start of work with the affiliate program. If after 6 months since the traffic launch, the number of players has not reached 10, then the earnings of the publisher (CPA/RS) are debited from the balance.
If the anti-fraud department has a suspicion about the traffic attracted by publishers, the affiliate program has the right to raise the qualifications of up to 30 active players for receiving a payout.
4. The procedure for resolving disputes
4.1. Procedure for consideration of dispute situations:
- The affiliate program does not accept for consideration and does not consider disputable appeals for lost profits;
- The affiliate program does not compensate for moral damage;
- All requests must be sent to the email address; partner@valor.partners
- The maximum period for consideration of applications sent by the Partner is 15-20 working days;
- If there is a dispute that is not specified in this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to make a decision in its sole discretion;
4.2. Consideration of Partner requests and resolution of disputes:
- The parties are trying to settle all disputes through negotiations and correspondence. The Partner's requests are accepted by the Affiliate Program for consideration only in writing and no later than three calendar days from the date of the dispute;
- All requests of the Partner are considered official and are considered as requests in writing form, by e-mail to the addresses of the relevant services of the Affiliate Program. Written appeals made with the help of online communication programs, such as Telegram and other messengers, are not considered written;
The Partner's request must contain:
- Full name;
- Email;
- account number;
- date and time of the dispute;
- the essence of the appeal;
The Affiliate program has the right to refuse to consider an application in the following cases:
- if the application does not meet the conditions listed in this paragraph of the Agreement;
- if the message contains obscene language and/or insults to the Affiliate Program or its employees;
- if the request contains threats against the Affiliate Program or its employees;
- if the threat of vilification of the image of the Affiliate Program in social networks and other resources is used as a Partner's argument;
- The term of consideration of the Partner's claim Affiliate Program is no more than twenty working days from the date of receipt of all necessary and sufficient data from the Partner related to this claim and necessary for its resolution;
- In case of disagreement on the Partner's transactions or account status, the parties review the Partner's transaction protocols based on the Affiliate Program data;
- If the Partner violates any of the points listed above, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to refuse to cooperate with the Partner;
- In case of failure to reach an agreement through negotiations and correspondence within 3 (three) months from the moment of the dispute, its further consideration takes place in court in accordance with the current legislation (at the place of registration of the ValorBet Partners Affiliate Program);
